1. Product Customization: 1.1. When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete specifications for your custom-designed t-shirts, including size, color, design, and any other relevant details. 1.2. You must review all details provided during the order process, including design proofs and product descriptions, to ensure accuracy. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made.
2. No Exchanges or Returns: 2.1. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. 2.2. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards in our printing processes. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, please contact our customer support within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate a resolution.
3. Inspection and Acceptance: 3.1. Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any manufacturing defects or errors. 3.2. If you identify any issues, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, to facilitate the resolution process. 3.3. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will be considered an acceptance of the products, and no further claims for defects or errors will be entertained.
4. Resolution Process: 4.1. In case of a valid claim for a manufacturing defect or error, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer one or more of the following resolutions: a) Reprinting the order with corrected specifications. b) Issuing a credit or refund for the affected products. 4.2. We reserve the right to request return of the defective or erroneous products before initiating any resolution.
5. Intellectual Property: 5.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, logos, images, or designs you provide for printing do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. 5.2. By submitting your designs or content, you affirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and reproduce such materials. 5.3. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that we believe may infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability: 6.1.
